    I write to the person-in-charge of the management of Hotel Putra. Do allow me to introduce myself. I am Mindy, the Senior Business Development Manager of ZEN Rooms.

    1. Flagship Lease Model

    In this model, we will pay you a fixed amount (agreeable to both parties) every month as rent for your building.

    Services Offered

    1. All operations will be handled by us including salaries to the staff.

    2. All customer issues will be taken care by our team.

    3. Quality measures, customer reviews, pricing etc we will look into all this.

    How does this work??

    We will sign a contract with the hotel and take your property on lease for a specific time period and then all the expenses including electricity, water, maintenance etc will be on ZEN Rooms and we will pay you fixed monthly rental in advance every month.

    2. Minimum Revenue Guarantee Model

    In this model we will provide your hotel with a minimum revenue guarantee for specific number of rooms.

    Services Offered

    1. Operations, expenses and costs will be handled by the hotel.

    2. We will only be responsible for the sales of the hotel, whatever number of rooms we sign with the hotel we will offer a minimum revenue for those number of rooms irrespective of the fact whether we are selling it or not.

    3. We will take over your existing OTA listings if we take all 26 rooms for your hotel and pay you the minimum amount plus whatever we agree on the excess %age.

    4. Customer reviews, queries, pricing will be our responsibility.

    How does this work??

    We will sign the contract and decide the minimum amount we will pay to you at the end of the month plus the excess revenue %age (if any) finalized and we will start handling all your online channels to maximize revenues.
